Spaced repetition that actually works. Type-to-recall that's honest. Quizzes that drill before the exam. Your decks sync across every device — free to start, no card limits, no ads.
No credit card. Works offline once loaded. Install as an app from your browser.
Designed for the way your brain actually forgets things — and built for the messy reality of revision two weeks before exams.
Cards you got right come back later. Cards you missed come back sooner. The schedule does the work, you just show up daily.
No pretending. Type the answer, get graded against the real one. Smart enough to know "nominative, vocative, accusative…" in any order.
Mark anything you keep getting wrong, then filter sessions to "starred only" until it sticks.
One card a day keeps the streak alive. Earn XP, climb levels, and compete on the leaderboard with friends.
See your last 12 weeks at a glance — every cell a day. Spot the patches where you slacked off (we won't tell anyone).
One account, every device. Start on your laptop, finish on your phone on the bus home.
Paste a diagram, map, or photo straight into a card. Built for biology, geography, and chemistry diagrams.
Fat-fingered a "missed"? Hit U. Got the answer right in a different way? Override the grade. The app trusts you.
Built on Cloudflare's edge network. Milliseconds from anywhere. Works offline after your first visit.
Each mode targets a different stage of learning. Use Flashcards to cover ground, Type-to-Recall to test depth, Quiz to drill before the exam.

Yes, genuinely free. The whole app (every study mode, cloud sync, streaks, the heatmap, search, etc.) is free forever for solo students. Pro is a future paid tier that adds AI features and bigger limits — but the free tier won't get worse when Pro launches.
Yes — it's a Progressive Web App, so you can install it from your browser onto iOS or Android and it behaves like a real app. Open the app in your phone's browser, then use "Add to Home Screen" (iOS Safari) or "Install app" (Android Chrome).
Nothing — it stays in your account waiting for you. You can also export everything as a JSON file from Profile → Export data. Or delete the account entirely from Profile → Delete account; that wipes every trace of your data from our servers.
Realistic answer: this is a personal project, so nothing's forever. That's why the export-to-JSON feature exists — back up your decks every now and then and you'll never be stuck. If we ever did sunset the service, we'd give plenty of warning.
If those work for you, great — keep using them. Zelinx exists because Quizlet keeps locking core features behind paywalls, and Anki has the steepest learning curve in software. Zelinx is the middle ground: spaced repetition that actually works, UX that doesn't fight you, and pricing that respects students.
